Valentine’s Day Experience

Valentine's Day is just a few days away, and for those who have waited until the last minute, DO NOT WORRY! I have a few ideas that I would like to share with you to make your Valentine’s Day an exceptional experience and how these hints tie into the five love languages.

Most of the world recognizes February 14th as a day celebrating love and giving traditional gifts of flowers, candy, jewelry, and a romantic card. This year think about giving them an experience they will cherish for a lifetime. I have a few favorites that I would like to share with you. 

Reservations

While everyone is making a reservation for a hotel stay, consider renting an Airbnb. Make it a staycation or go to a place you have always talked about going together. With Airbnb, you can customize your stay and have more flexibility to arrange the custom amenities you desire for your time away. 

First Date

Recreate your first date or your most memorable date. Remember how you both felt at that time. You could wear the same outfit, take a photo in the same place, and reminisce about all that has happened from that moment until now. This thought is great for those who are sentimental. 

Love Letters

Grab your pen and get ready to write a love letter or love notes letting your sweetheart know why you fell in love with them, how they make you feel, and what you truly admire about them. Tuck your letter or notes in a place(s) where they will easily find it when they first wake up or as they go about their day.

Video Montage 

 For those who have been together for some time or just like taking a lot of pictures, you can have fun with this. Compile all your favorite photos into a video or short movie with your favorite songs and narration of your feelings and send them a link. They will absolutely love you for this.
